Jon Holman
Engineering Manager
Since joining Earnest Products in 2002 as its resident CAD expert, Jon Holman has expanded his responsibilities along with the company's growth. Having achieved the position of Engineering Manager, he now is in charge of overseeing engineering, planning and the Quality Department.
Holman coordinates the work of the Engineering Department, which includes supervisory responsibilities, and entering jobs into the company's ERP (enterprise resource planning) information system to track, coordinate and manage production and customer-related activities. He also deals with technology and planning issues, and supports the production floor with data needed for fabrication jobs through the use of ERP.
Mike Western
Manufacturing Manager
In his position as Manufacturing Manager, Mike Western oversees and coordinates the activities of Earnest Products' five-member departmental management team. This team includes the fabrication manager, paint line manager and inventory control manager, among others. Western ensures that all departments meet production and delivery deadlines, goals and quality control standards.
Western has been involved in the sheet metal fabrication industry since 1974, with the past 20 years spent as a manager. His professional experience includes such major corporations as Siemens and Stromberg Carlson.
