Inspection occurs throughout the manufacturing process, from incoming materials through finished fabrication. Each job is given a tracking order sheet, which follows it through each step of the process, ensuring that all inspection processes are completed.
We utilize a FARO Gage, which provides accurate advanced measurement, including SPC statistical analysis and GD&T. The FARO Gage allows our engineers to perform first article inspections, or quickly create custom routines for repeat part measurements.
