Each job is given a tracking order sheet, which follows it through each step of the process, providing time and personnel logins and logouts for accountability. Our ERP system is an integral component of Earnest Products' ability to monitor all jobs with equal scrutiny. Our inspection team is assisted by state-of-the-art equipment, which includes a FARO Gauge. It is accurate and powerful enough for advanced measurement, including SPC statistical analysis and GD&T. The FARO Gauge allows our engineers to perform first article inspections, or quickly create custom routines for repeat part measurements. All measurements are automatically recorded, and comprehensive reports can be generated with ease - which both streamlines the process while providing an unsurpassed level of precision.
