Our Quality Management Systems

First and foremost, quality is a part of the entire manufacturing process. Quality isn’t inspected into the parts, it is built into our manufacturing process. Technicians have access to drawings and models that allow them to measure and verify that their portions of the process are checked before they pass parts to the next operation.

The second is the New Product Development (NPD) process. New product quality is verified by following the NPD checklist and documenting that each new part meets the customer’s requirements by sharing First Article Inspection (FAI) data with the customer.
